Nutcracker in Webster

We love this spot. The prices are right. Perfect for a diner. It is a bit dated and the one way parking lot is a bit annoying and dangerous if you are leaving in a hurry. We did not have the greatest service but it was not awful. We will be back many more times. The Salad bar is a great option and their crab bisque is really good as well. For breakfast I highly recommend the country fried steak and eggs with sausage gravy. Great place to bring little kids to as well.

Always greeted with a smile. Waitresses are always friendly and accommodating. Food is like you cooked it I your own kitchen, yum. Especially the soups and ribs! Plentiful salad bar.

Friendly clean yummy dinner

We are long time customers. Great food great staff. We went for the first time since Covid 19. It was towards closing and we were one of the last people eating. The 4 staff members that were left threw water on the floor making the other one clean it up, the language was horrible. F-bombs and calling each other names. The owner bill was not there at the time. He came in just as we were leaving. It was so unprofessional what we saw and heard. Will not be going there for a while

First time eating breakfast here in a long time. Meal was good and they make great home fries.

I did not like the service of the waitress today, I have visited the restaurant several times because it seems like a good place but today they brought us cold chocolates and asked for favor if I could put it in the microwave to heat it since we do not like cold, to He insisted so much, but he brought it cold again, totally disappointed. This place is my jam! Love the food, staff & great service too. Very friendly, relaxed environment. Great go to spot! The whole menu is on point!!!

Today I tried a breaded fish fry it was amazing! I have eaten at the Nutcracker a million times but never tried the fish before, I'm so glad I did. It was absolutely delicious!!!!

Food always good. Love the bisque. Only downfall during hottest part of the summer a/c was down on one side of restaurant. I wish someone would have said something. I would have moved

Crab bisque was great, chicken philly wrap was huge, flavorful, and juicy.

This place got waaaay better than last time I visited. Service was great, food was great and priced very reasonably.

Pretty much everything you expect from a diner at lunch time. Waitress was attentive and "read the table well". Food came out quick. Fresh burger, fresh fries. In and out if want it. Welcome to stay and if you need to

We had originally decided to meet at Maas for an early dinner before the movie, but they were closed so we ended up here. Overall not a bad experience. I ordered a tuna melt, not overstuffed with tuna and that's what I got. My friend's patty melt also looked good. Forgot to take pictures. I will next time.

We've always eaten at the Nutcracker and now that we're all required to Stay at Home during this Crisis we've had a number of opportunities to use their Take-Out option. The food has been great and they have just about everything available on their menu , the process easy and they take great care to follow the sanitary guidelines to keep us as well as themselves safe, they have been very grateful when you pickup your food and yes you can pay cash and pickup inside or credit card and can bring outside to you if preferred. I hope everyone continues to patronize this great restaurant now and when things finally return to some normalcy !!! Thanks for giving us an option to eat "out" so to speak 💕

This was my first time here and we have already made plans to come back soon. It was down home cooking and very good. The salad bar was fresh also. I enjoyed the navy bean soup also. Flavorful.

Strange little restaurant. Almost felt like I was in the middle of a Stephen King movie where the locals notice you're not "from around here". Food was basic and overpriced. Two eggs, two pancakes, and home fries were TEN dollar$. Seems excessive. Waitress was pleasant.

Pretty good place, food wasn't as good as other family restaurants around webster, but was acceptable. Nice quiet atmosphere and comfortable cushion benches.

The seafood bisque is always fabulous, and there salad bar is more than good.

I went here expecting a nicer restaurant based on the reviews. The food is typical diner food, served in a typical diner fashion. It''s always busy, so people must really like it. Personally, I will go elsewhere.

Great food and pricing

They usually have good service. But for some reason today the service was not very well gave us the wrong check which was a $15 differencehad to go up to the counter several times to get our own utensils napkins jam for toastnot to mention we ordered a kids mac and cheese and my kid was the last person to receive her meal.I think next time if one of your staff members is sick and you send them home maybe you should call in somebody to replace them.

Good service. Salad bar was decent. Fried food was good. Pasta dishes were bland. We had dinner there.....I heard breakfast is better.

A little pricey but the food is good and waitresses friendly. Group of us "old farts" meet for breakfast once a week. No complaints.
